I've had a fascination with photography for as long as I can remember, but finally got serious about making photography more than a hobby while living in Napa. I discovered a fantastic photography program at the local college and dove in head first. I convinced Dona Kopol Bonick, a truly gifted local photographer, to hire me as an admin. assistant and eventually managed to prove myself worthy enough to be promoted as a Kopol Bonick Studio photographer. A longing to be closer to family and a love for the Sierra Foothills, brought me home in 2004. I currently live with my wonderful husband and 2 children in El Dorado County and travel around Northern and Central California photographing weddings, portraits and a variety of places and things that I find visually interesting.
